Even Serpents Shine

Perfectly possible, though the merest glance at this ineffably stupid cover would be enough to dull the glossiest & most resilient reptile. Among dragons, the caste system is ordered according to the number of toes possessed. The dragon or dragoness depicted here is a 3-toed Chinese Imperial Dragon - a most superior beast.

Plenty of good songs. Some people's favourite OO album. They usually refer to its "dark, dense production" - another way of saying we filled up every space on every available track. "You've got to Pay", though lacking the necessary punch to follow Planet into the lowest reaches of the Top 100, boasts some of the finest lyrics Peter ever wrote:

"Our flightpath's a gradual descent from the firmament
I can tell by the tone of the letters you sent.
What was once sacred is now filled with hatred
How come such love can be dissipated?

Indecision, lack of conviction,
Slurred diction masking what you're trying to say
If you are a slave to love, you gotta pay & pay & pay"

John Perry
